I also have that one and my "/" don't work too. Sometimes it sems that WASD lockup on it do that happen to you too? usaly when I try to strafe right or move forwards. but it return to normal as soon as I release the key and press it agien.

I can also vouch for the Cyber Snipa Game Pad V2.
I have only used this keyboard to play Black Ops but it is excellent. :)
It's size allows you to play on the couch so you don't need to sit at a desk.
To be honest I have never tried the / button so I cannot comment on this. :?

Thanks guys. So far I have Eagle Eye, G500 and keyboard. Waiting for Cyber Snipa to come in. I don't want to dominate in games but play them the way I feel comfortable with.

I use this keyboard and can confirm it works. Only downside is there is no f6 or f7 ... Does anyone know a work around for that?

G'Day hefe.

If you are referring to using the F6 & F7 for calibrating the Eagle Eye
the way round this problem is plugging in your standard keyboard into the Eagle Eye.
Conduct your Calibration using the standard keyboard and then once your settings are saved, swap the standard keyboard back for your Cyber Snipa Pad and away you go. I know this is a bit of a pain but you really should only have to do this once.
